Gratitude Villages

Gratitude Village is a multi-generational cohousing community built around connection, sustainability, affordability, and inclusion. With goals that are nothing short of extraordinary, the project aspires to create a truly ambitious model for future housing: targeting 50% permanently affordable homes while pursuing Passive House-level performance and net-zero energy strategies. Through diverse housing types, shared community spaces, and people-centered planning, the project reimagines neighborhood living as a more connected, resilient, and environmentally responsible way of life.
